Buffet means that you create your own menu for each meal, and it is good to know that drinks are also included in the dinner buffets at the Hotel Eva, the Pavilion Rooms of the tourist resort of Suha Punta and in hotels of the tourist resort of San Marino.
Following modern trends, our restaurants also offer vegetarian cuisine, so that every guest can enjoy delicious food, regardless of their dietary habits.
Along with the food and drink service in our restaurants, which are connected with the board and lodging option, we also offer a special service: banquets with congresses and special events such as weddings. If you wish, we will also organise catering for locations outside the hotels.
Of course, the offer of food is especially prepared to highlight the features of the local cuisine. The cuisine of the island of Rab is typical Mediterranean food, abundant with fresh fruit, vegetables and fish, and prepared with olive oils and light seasoning. Therefore, the range of food in our restaurants includes light soups made from seasonal vegetables, sočivo – Rab's famous lentils, fresh fish baked or grilled and lightly seasoned with garlic and rosemary, stewed meat in sauces with wine or sherry and the ever-present gnocchi and pastas. A special place is reserved for traditional sweets: Rab's own cake ('rapska torta') and fritters served with homemade brandy often enriched with fragrant herbs or honey.
